Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
Training on facilitating and applying CISM principles to help people deal with their trauma, by allowing them to talk about an incident without judgment or criticism. CISM trainings include: Group Crisis Intervention, Advanced Group Crisis Intervention, Assisting Individuals in Crisis, Advanced Assisting Individuals in Crisis, and Law Enforcement Perspectives for CISM Enhancement. He is an author and instructor for: Strategic Response to Crisis, and Suicide: Prevention, Intervention and Postvention.
